Music

Science all but confirms that humans are hard-wired to respond to music. Studies also suggest that someday music may even help patients heal from Parkinson's disease or a stroke. Music stimulates more parts of the brain than any other human function. That's why she sees so much potential in music's power to change the brain and affect the way it works. Dance! Not only does movement change your perspective, it also creates endorphins which help you to feel happy. The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.

DAILY TASK

Listen to your favorite music that makes you feel better in your skin, and make a list of the songs that you like the most. Dance with the music that you like and choose. Keep in mind that the music should have positive words. Set the favorite song as an alarm, in this way, the first things you hear during your day is that song.
