A long time ago, in a very close land when I was a teenager and I did not anything about healthy eating or anything about the consequences of being overweight, I became 50 pounds overweight. Due to my young heart, I was constantly feeling sick, tired and unattractive to everyone. I became obsessed with losing weight. After many attempts to losing the weight finally lost the weight I wanted. That was hard!! being hungry having food in front of me and having to say no because I “wanted to lose weight” OMG that was not cool…. I just promised to myself I was never going to become overweight again.  And I so I did.
