Fruit bowls are a healthy breakfast option. They are full of nutrition and can provide the body with the required energy. Furthermore, they are easy to prepare, which makes them an amazing snack option as well.
Use enough to make a portion, to taste. You can’t go wrong on this one!
3 handfuls papaya
3 handfuls pineapple
1/2 passionfruit, seeds only
Cut and chop fresh fruits into bite sizes and place them in a bowl
Squeeze out the juice from 1/2 a lemon on top of the chopped fruit
Add cinnamon spice
Add clove spice
Add very fine minced ginger (optional)
Give it all a toss and serve in a bowl
Garnish with some non-dairy yogurt, a leaf of basil, some pomegranate seeds, and a few sunflower seeds.
