Perspective and Point of View

Everything is perspective What will you choose to see your life as? Replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts can significantly change your life for the better. Be a glass-half-full kind of person. And look at problems that you perceive as opportunities to learn more about life and the world around you. A ‘glass-half-full person is an optimist, someone who always thinks that good things will happen. Meanwhile, as you might imagine, a ‘glass-half-empty person’ is a pessimist, someone who always thinks that bad things will happen. (The idea here is that two people can look at the same glass and see completely different things. The optimist sees only the drink that is still there and the pessimist only the drink that has gone.) To express the same idea, people sometimes remark that a

particular person’s ‘glass is always half full/empty.


Take a moment throughout the day to check your thoughts and your feelings; 1. if you find something negative see the bright part of it. 2. Bless what you have, and do not worry about what you do not have if you do not have it because most probably you do not even need it. 3. Change the word from “I have to to do this” into “I get to do this” 4. Change the idea from ‘I can’t do this” into “How can I do this”.

These will change the energy that you put into the words, the way you see the different situations, and therefore their outcome.
